me-T☼-u: weather messages worldwide, written by users
me-T☼-u is the meteoblue system for messages from users. me-T☼-u is available worldwide: for every place in the p☼int forecast, users can place a message about the current weather. This messages will be visible to all users who visit places of the same country in p☼int. Weather symbols and a temperature field can be added to the message, as well as a picture. Thereby, your message provides basic localised weather information in an easily readable format.
Important Note for iPhone and iPad user
Because of the security settings of these devices, you can send me-T☼-u messages from iPhone and iPad only if you are NOT logged. Uploading images from these devices is currently not possible.
Inform others about what's real:weather information is not always perfect: if you know better, let other users (and us) know.
Describe the local situation: weather can be very local; let others know how wind , precipitation or fog is at a particular place.
Post weather alerts: inform others about impending risks related to the weather, such as heat, hail, tornados, flooding or freezing roads in the area.
Get an overview: if you look at me-T☼-u messages on the map, you will quickly get an idea of how the weather is developing.
Have fun: let others know something interesting about the weather .

Message display
me-T☼-u messages remain visible for 24 hours after input, and disappear automatically afterwards. Older messages remain visible on the me-T☼-u Map. Personalised messages can be found by the message author on their page for administration.
me-T☼-u map
All messages are projected on the me-T☼-u map and so gives a quick overview for the current weather conditions. The map can be moved and zoomed in and out. Click on a pictogram to read the corresponding me-T☼-u message. The time frame, from wich the messages are shown, can be changed from 24 hours maximum to a minimum of one hour. The calendar function can be used to retrieve messages of a day in the past. Was the last summer hotter or did your hometown had a white christmas one years ago? The calendar of the me-T☼-u map could tell you.
Allmessages youhave published under your usernamearesaved, so you can keep them as an archive.
You can viewed all these messages in chronological order.
Your images are attached to your messages.
Youcan delete anyof your messages, if you consider them less important.

Evaluate Messages
If you are registered and logged in, you can evaluate messages. Evaluations serve to:
Show interesting messages: the number of positive evaluations will be shown beside each message. Messages with a certain amount of positive ratings will show with their pictogram marked in yellow background on theme-T☼-u map.
Keep inappropriate content away: if a message receives too many negative votes, it disappears.
For each positive evaluation, the author of the message receives one mete☼Point - for each negative evaluation, one mete☼Points is taken off the mete☼Points balance. After reaching a certain number of mete☼Points , these can be exchanged against free B☼nus-Services . The evaluations have no influence on the registration of the author , require absolutely no payments, and do not influence any of the previously booked services .
