Factors such as topography and land cover influence the amounts of rain and the forecast of meteoblue models precisely these factors. With the meteoblue system of high-speed data extraction, precision precipitation forecasts can be quickly made for large areas anywhere in the world. The precipitation forecasts can directly be inserted in hydrological models. It is not necessary to make interpolations of the precipitation for an area from a selection of few weather stations.
