Sunshine duration
Sunshine hours are calculated from hourly sunshine time (in minutes). for the daily sunshine hours, the hourly sunshine time is added for the entire day.
The colour scale reaches from grey ("dark") to yellow ("bright") and is dependent also on the total number of sunshine hours per day.
The sunshine time is also used for the calculation of pictograms and for finding the most sunny weather with where2go?!.
