Patchy dense fog has developed in locations that have experienced breaks in clouds and light winds following rain that has fallen since Tuesday. The fog has become dense in some locations with visibilities of a quarter of a mile or less. However, fog should lift and dissipate by 930 AM EDT. Until then allow extra drive time, use low beam headlights, and slow down during the morning commute.
