WIND: For the Red Flag Warning, sustained winds 25 to 30 mph, gusting up to 40 mph. For the long duration Red Flag Warning, sustained winds 20 to 30 mph, gusting up to 35 mph.

HUMIDITY: For the Red Flag Warning, 18 to 22 percent. For the long duration Red Flag Warning, 10 to 15 percent.

IMPACTS: Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
