Personnel should stay indoors with good wind resistance and close doors and windows; 3. Outdoor personnel should hide in buildings or cars with lightning protection facilities; Do not shelter from rain under trees, electric poles, or tower cranes; Do not use umbrellas or carry agricultural tools on your shoulders in open areas; 4.
