- Stronger west to southwest winds will develop Monday with deep atmospheric mixing and an extremely dry airmass in place. The main threat area for the spread of fire will be west of the Continental Divide and the Northeast Highlands where winds will be strongest.
The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a Red Flag Warning,which is in effect from noon to 8 PM MDT Monday.
