WHERE: Brazos River at US 59, Sugar Land, TX.

WHEN: From late tonight until further notice.

IMPACTS: At 65.5 feet, Minor lowland flooding begins as water escapes the main channel below the gauge. Baudet Road southeast of Richmond is threatened. Livestock operations near Thompsons are affected and precautions should be taken to protect cattle including potential relocation in low-lying areas.

- Bankfull Stage is 40.0 feet
- Forecast: The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight and continue rising to a crest of 67.3 feet early Saturday morning.
- Flood stage is 65.5 feet.
- Flood History: This crest compares to a previous crest of 65.5 feet on 06/06/2021.
