At 145 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated a cluster of strong thunderstorm, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots, frequent lightning, and isolated waterspouts. These thunderstorms were located over the Atlantic coastal and offshore waters. Thunderstorms near land areas are nearly stationary, while thunderstorms over the open Atlantic waters are moving north- northwest around 10 knots. These thunderstorms could redevelop through sunrise.
