Storms did not reach Humboldt County this evening, however temperatures there and across the region will continue to cool the rest of this evening and overnight. High temperatures Tuesday will be 3 to 5 degrees cooler than the highs reached Monday.
Monsoonal moisture will stream northward into most of Northern and Central Nevada Tuesday, with historically high atmospheric moisture content. The strongest showers and thunderstorms Tuesday will produce intense rainfall rates, resulting in the potential of flash flooding.
