WHEN,Until 6 PM EDT this evening. IMPACTS,Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. ADDITIONAL DETAILS, - Waves of moderate to heavy rainfall will continue to move onshore into the Atlantic Coastal areas of Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia through this afternoon. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts possible.
