HEAVY RAINFALL which may lead to FLASH FLOODING is forecast for parts of the South East Coastal district this morning. 3-hour rainfall totals between 15 and 30 mm are possible, with localised falls up to 45 mm, particularly with thunderstorms. Heavy falls may persist into this afternoon. Locations which may be affected include Hopetoun. Hopetoun North recorded 39mm in the 3 hours to 6am.
