IMPACTS: At 9.5 feet, Flooding begins south of Elyria in Carlisle Township along Woodside Drive. At 11.0 feet, Flooding along the East Branch of the Black River on Foster Road in Penfield Township. Ford Road hear I-90 may be closed for high water.

- At 3:15 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 7.9 feet.
- Forecast: The river is expected to rise above flood stage this morning to a crest of 11.0 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow morning.
