- Multiple rounds of rainfall have resulted in saturated conditions with scattered thunderstorms forecast for Wednesday. Storms will produce heavy rainfall in a short amount of time with much of the rainfall quickly becoming runoff. Thus, there is an elevated risk for flash flooding for Wednesday afternoon.
