Strongest wind gusts, up to 55 mph are expected to occur between 7 AM and 10 PM Thursday. There may be a gust to 60 mph but it would be infrequent. After 10 PM Thursday, winds will mainly weaken and be less than 50 mph Friday and Saturday.
