If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property. If able, swim in a direction following the shoreline. If unable to escape, face the shore and call or wave for help.

Widespread rainfall totals of 2 to 4 inches with locally up to 6 inches across eastern Georgia are possible and 3 to 6 inches locally up to 8+ inches across South Carolina. Rainfall rates of 2 inches per hour will be possible in the heaviest bands.
