บริเวณภาคเหนือ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ภาคกลาง รวมทั้งกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล ภาคตะวันออก และภาคใต้ตอนบน มีฝนตกหนักหลายพื้นที่และมีฝนตกหนักมากบางแห่ง ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำกำลังแรงที่ปกคลุมภาคกลางตอนล่างและกรุงเทพมหานครรวมทั้งปริมณฑล จะเคลื่อนตามแนวร่องมรสุมพาดผ่านภาคกลาง ประกอบกับมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังปานกลางที่พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ภาคใต้ และอ่าวไทยมีกำลังแรงขึ้น สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณอ่าวไทยตอนบนมีกำลังค่อนข้างแรง โดยมีคลื่นสูง 2-3 เมตร ส่วนทะเลอันดามันตอนบนมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก รวมทั้งดินโคลนถล่ม โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม ควรหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินทางผ่านเส้นทางที่มีปัญหาน้ำท่วมซ้ำซาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลุ่มต่ำซึ่งอาจเกิดน้ำท่วมขังในระยะสั้นได้ ขอให้ชาวเรือบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง และหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง ส่วนเรือเล็กบริเวณอ่าวไทยตอนบนควรงดออกจากฝั่งจนถึงวันที่ 27 ก.ย. 69
An active low-pressure cell over the lower Central including Bangkok and vicinity is expected to move to the Central along the monsoon trough lies across upper Thailand while the moderate southwest monsoon prevailing over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf is strengthening. Scattered heavy to isolated very heavy rain is forecast in the North, the Northeast, the Central including Bangkok and vicinity, the East and the upper South regions. The rather strong wind and waves in the upper Gulf are expected 2-3 meters high. In the upper Andaman Sea, the waves are expected about 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
