- Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms are expected to develop over portions of Upton and eastern Pecos counties this afternoon through tonight. Rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches with very localized totals over 3 inches will be possible with the heaviest showers and storms which could lead to flash flooding.
