ภาคเหนือ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ภาคกลางรวมทั้งกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล และภาคตะวันออก มีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง เนื่องจากมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ที่พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทยมีกำลังปานกลาง ประกอบกับมีหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำปกคลุมประเทศเวียดนามตอนบน สำหรับบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบนและอ่าวไทยตอนบนมีคลื่นสูง 1-2 เมตร ส่วนทะเลอันดามันตอนล่างมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 1 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง มีคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ประชาชนบริเวณประเทศไทยตอนบนระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม รวมทั้งชาวเรือเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง และหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง
