Strength : Maximum winds of 55 kph near the centerand gustiness of up to 70 kph. Forecast movement : Forecast to move Northwestward at 25 kph Forecast position : Nov 13, 2025 02:00 PM - 590 km North Northeast of Itbayat, Batanes (OUTSIDE PAR) HAZARDS AFFECTING LAND AREAS Severe Winds The outer rainbands of UWAN will bring occasionally gusty conditions reaching strong to gale-force strength over the following areas (especially in coastal and upland areas exposed to winds): Today: Batanes and Babuyan Islands HAZARDS AFFECTING COASTAL WATERS 24-Hour Sea Condition Outlook Up to rough seas over the following coastal waters: Up to 4.0 m: The seaboards of Batanes. Up to 3.0 m: The northern and western seaboards of Babuyan Islands; the seaboards of Ilocos Norte Mariners of small seacrafts, including all types of motorbancas, are advised not to venture out to sea under these conditions, especially if inexperienced of operating ill-equipped vessels. Up to moderate to rough seas over the following coastal waters: Up to 2.5 m: The remaining seaboards of Babuyan Islands; the seaboards of Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Zambales, and Kalayaan Islands; the western seaboards of Bataan and Occidental Mindoro including Lubang Islands; the northern and western seaboards of Palawan including Calamian Islands. Up to 2.0 m: The seaboards of mainland Cagayan and northeastern Isabela. Mariners of motorbancas and similarly sized vessels are advised to take precautionary measures while venturing out to sea and, if possible, avoid navigation under these conditions. TRACK AND INTENSITY OUTLOOK UWAN will continue moving northeastward while over the sea while heading towards the southern portion of Ryukyu Islands. Due to unfavorable conditions, it will continue to weaken until it becomes a remnant low in the next 12 hours.
