The highest rain rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour were over the east side of the island from Manoa to Hawaii Kai. A spotter report also indicated ponding of roads in Kapolei, and a lane of the H-1 Freeway closed between Fort Weaver Road and Makakilo Drive.
