In northeast West Virginia, Northwest Randolph, Northwest Webster, Southeast Randolph and Southeast Webster. In northern West Virginia, Barbour, Doddridge, Harrison, Lewis, Ritchie, Upshur and Wirt.

IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

- Additional moderate to heavy rainfall is expected over the next few hours with a band of slow moving showers. Given the saturated soil and widespread flash flooding from previous rainfall, additional flash flooding and river flooding could occur.
