IMPACTS: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- At 825 PM EDT, Flooding from previous heavy rainfall is ongoing in the advisory area. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain fell Sunday night through Monday evening. The Still River at Brookfield is slowly subsiding.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include, Danbury, Ridgefield, Bethel and Brookfield.
