At 639 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

- Some locations that will experience flash flooding include, Danville, Georgetown, Westville, Tilton, Catlin and Belgium.
This includes the following State Parks, Harry Babe Woodyard State Natural Area and Kickapoo State Recreation Area.
This includes Interstate 74 between mile markers 209 and 220.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
