IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded.

- Heavy rainfall has fallen across portions of the area Saturday evening into early this morning with rainfall amounts of 3 to 6 inches occurring across portions of the area. Ongoing flooding is occurring within these area that have received the heavy rainfall. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches will be possible. This additional rainfall will just add to the on going flooding risk this morning.
