ระเทศไทยมีฝนเพิ่มขึ้น และมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่งโดยเฉพาะบริเวณภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง ภาคกลางตอนล่าง รวมทั้งกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล ภาคตะวันออก และภาคใต้ตอนบน ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากบริเวณความกดอากาศสูงหรือมวลอากาศเย็นจากประเทศจีนปกคลุมประเทศไทยตอนบน และทะเลจีนใต้ ส่งผลทำให้มีลมตะวันออกและลมตะวันออกเฉียงใต้พัดนำความชื้นจากทะเลจีนใต้ และอ่าวไทยเข้ามาปกคลุมบริเวณดังกล่าว ส่วนมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ยังคงพัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ในขณะที่ร่องมรสุมพาดผ่านภาคใต้ตอนล่าง สำหรับทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทย บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองจะมีคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจากฝนฟ้าคะนอง และฟ้าผ่า รวมทั้งฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลากในพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขา ชาวเรือควรเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง รวมทั้งหลีกเลี่ยง การเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย
