At 541 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

- At 115 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in Gibson County, with numerous rural and county roads across the county flooding, along with water running across IN-64 east of Oakland City . Between 3 and 9 inches of rain have fallen.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include, Princeton, Fort Branch, Oakland City, Grayville, Haubstadt, Owensville, Patoka, Francisco, Somerville, Hazleton and Mackey.
