IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

- A slow moving cold front combined with an upper level disturbance will bring widespread heavy rain to the region. Rain will sometimes be torrential and could cause urban, small stream, or flash flooding.
