พยากรณ์อากาศ 24 ชั่วโมงข้างหน้า ประเทศไทยจะเริ่มมีฝนลดลง แต่ยังคงมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง โดยเฉพาะทางด้านตะวันตกของภาคเหนือ ภาคกลาง และภาคตะวันออก ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำบริเวณอ่าวมะตะบันได้เคลื่อนออกไปทางทิศตะวันตกเฉียงเหนือและเข้าปกคลุมบริเวณชายฝั่งประเทศเมียนมาแล้ว ในขณะที่มรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังค่อนข้างแรงที่พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ภาคใต้ และอ่าวไทยมีกำลังอ่อนลง สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบนและอ่าวไทยตอนบนมีกำลังปานกลาง โดยมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 3 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนโดยเฉพาะบริเวณภาคเหนือ ด้านตะวันตกของภาคกลาง และตามแนวชายฝั่งภาคตะวันออก ระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลัน น้ำท่วมสะสม น้ำล้นตลิ่ง และน้ำป่าไหลหลาก รวมทั้งดินโคลนถล่ม โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม ควรหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินทางผ่านเส้นทางที่มีปัญหาน้ำท่วมซ้ำซาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลุ่มต่ำซึ่งอาจเกิดน้ำท่วมขังในระยะสั้นได้ ขอให้ชาวเรือบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง และหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง
The low-pressure cell over the gulf of Martaban has moved to the middle coast of Myanmar. Meanwhile the moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf. Less rain is expected over rest regions but isolated heavy rain remains over the western part of the North, the Central and the East. The moderate wind and waves in the upper Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf, are expected about 2 meters high and above 3 meters high in thundershowers.
People in the North, the Central and the East should beware of heavy rain and accumulation that may cause flash floods, overflows and landslides especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands. All ships in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
ประเทศไทยตอนบนมีฝนลดลง แต่ยังคงมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่งบริเวณด้านตะวันตกของภาคเหนือ โดยเฉพาะบริเวณจังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน และเชียงใหม่ ส่วนภาคใต้ยังคงมีฝนฟ้าคะนองเกิดขึ้นได้ ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ที่พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทยมีกำลังอ่อนลง สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบนมีกำลังอ่อนลง โดยมีคลื่นสูง 1-2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสมซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลัน น้ำท่วมสะสม น้ำล้นตลิ่ง และน้ำป่าไหลหลาก รวมทั้งดินโคลนถล่ม โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม ขอให้ชาวเรือบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง และหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง
The southwest monsoon prevailing over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf is weakening. Less rain is forecast in the country while isolated heavy rain is possible in the western part of the North especially in Mae Hong Son and Chiang Mai Province. Thundershowers are forecast in the South. The weakening wind and waves in the upper Andaman Sea are expected 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
