People in the East and the South (west coast) should beware of severe conditions. All ships in the upper Andaman Sea should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers areas.
มรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทย ประกอบกับมีหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำปกคลุมบริเวณชายฝั่งประเทศเวียดนามตอนบนและอ่าวตังเกี๋ย ลักษณะเช่นนี้ทำให้ประเทศไทยมีฝนฟ้าคะนองเกิดขึ้นได้บางพื้นที่ และมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่งในภาคตะวันออก และภาคใต้ฝั่งตะวันตก
ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม ขอให้ชาวเรือในบริเวณดังกล่าวเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวังและหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย
