ประเทศไทยมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง โดยเฉพาะจังหวัดตาก กำแพงเพชร นครสวรรค์ อุทัยธานี ชัยนาท กาญจนบุรี ราชบุรี สุพรรณบุรี นครปฐม พระนครศรีอยุธยา เพชรบุรี และประจวบคีรีขันธ์ แต่ยังคงมีอากาศเย็นในตอนเช้าบริเวณภาคเหนือ เนื่องจากร่องมรสุมกำลังแรงพาดผ่านภาคใต้ตอนบนและภาคตะวันออกเข้าสู่หย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำกำลังแรงบริเวณทะเลจีนใต้ตอนกลาง ประกอบกับมีลมตะวันออกและลมตะวันออกเฉียงใต้พัดปกคลุมภาคเหนือ และภาคกลาง ในขณะที่บริเวณความกดอากาศสูงหรือมวลอากาศเย็นกำลังอ่อนปกคลุมประเทศไทยตอนบน สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบนมีกำลังปานกลาง โดยมีคลื่นสูง 1-2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร อ่าวไทยและทะเลอันดามันตอนล่างมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 1 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร

The moderate winds and waves in the upper Andaman Sea are expected to 1-2 meters high, and above 2 meters in thundershowers. In the Gulf and the lower Andaman Sea, waves are expected to be about 1 meter high, and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
