At 952 AM MDT, the public reported water flowing over roadways leading to road closures. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen near Carlsbad and upstream in Dark Canyon Draw. Water from Dark Canyon Draw will continue flowing towards Carlsbad. Although rainfall has ended, flooding is ongoing.

IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded.
