ภาคเหนือ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ภาคกลางด้านตะวันตก ภาคตะวันออก และภาคใต้ฝั่งตะวันตก มีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง เนื่องจากมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ที่พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทยมีกำลังแรงขึ้น ประกอบกับมีหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำปกคลุมบริเวณประเทศเวียดนามตอนบน สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยมีกำลังแรงขึ้น โดยทะเลอันดามันตอนบนมีคลื่นสูง 2-4 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 4 เมตร ส่วนทะเลอันดามันตอนล่างและอ่าวไทยตอนบนมีคลื่นสูง 2-3 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองจะมีคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 3 เมตร อนึ่ง พายุไต้ฝุ่น “บาหวี่” (BAVI) บริเวณทะเลจีนตะวันออก มีแนวโน้มจะเคลื่อนขึ้นฝั่งบริเวณด้านตะวันออกของประเทศจีนในช่วงวันที่ 11-12 ก.ค. 69 โดยพายุนี้ไม่เคลื่อนเข้าสู่ประเทศไทย ขอให้ผู้ที่จะเดินทางไปในบริเวณดังกล่าวตรวจสอบสภาพอากาศก่อนออกเดินทางไว้ด้วย งกล่าวตรวจสอบสภาพอากาศก่อนออกเดินทางไว้ด้วย
ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม ขอให้ชาวเรือเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง และหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง เรือเล็กบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยตอนบนควรงดออกจากฝั่งจนถึงวันที่ 15 ก.ค. 69 ส่วนประชาชนบริเวณชายฝั่งภาคใต้ฝั่งตะวันตกควรระวังอันตรายจากคลื่นที่ซัดเข้าหาฝั่ง
The southwest monsoon prevailing over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf is strengthening while the low-pressure cell covers upper Vietnam with isolated heavy rains in the North, the Northeast, the western part of the Central, the East, and the South (west coast) regions. The strong wind forces the wave in the upper Andaman Sea up to be 2-4 meters high and above 4 meters high in thundershowers. In the lower Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf, the waves are expected 2-3 meters high and above 3 meters high in thundershowers. In addition, typhoon “BAVI” over the East China Sea is expected to make landfall over the eastern part of China during 11–12 July 2026. The storm is forecast to not move to Thailand. The travelers should check the weather forecast for the region you're going to be visiting.
People in the areas should beware of heavy rains and accumulation that may cause flash floods, overflows and landslides especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers. Small boats in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf should keep ashore lasting 15 July 2026. People along the coast in the South (west coast) should beware of inshore surges.
