ประเทศไทยยังคงมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง เนื่องจากร่องมรสุมพาดผ่านประเทศเมียนมา ภาคเหนือตอนบน และประเทศลาวตอนบน เข้าสู่หย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำบริเวณประเทศเวียดนามตอนบน ประกอบกับมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ที่พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทยมีกำลังค่อนข้างแรง คลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบนมีกำลังค่อนข้างแรง โดยมีคลื่นสูง 2-3 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองมีคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 3 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลัน น้ำป่าไหลหลาก และน้ำล้นตลิ่ง โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม ชาวเรือบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง และหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง ส่วนเรือเล็กบริเวณ ทะเลอันดามันตอนบนควรงดออกจากฝั่งในระยะนี้ไว้ด้วย
The monsoon trough lies across upper Myanmar, the upper North and upper Laos into the low-pressure cell over upper Vietnam while the rather strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf with isolated heavy rains in the country. The rather strong winds force the waves in the upper Andaman Sea up to be 2–3 meters high and above 3 meters high in thundershowers.
People in the areas should beware of heavy rains and accumulation that may cause flash floods, overflows and landslides especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers, small boats in the upper Andaman Sea should keep ashore.
