Minor flooding continues along the lower White River from Petersburg to Hazleton. Minor flooding also continues on the Wabash River from Montezuma down to Mount Carmel with the crest at Vincennes. Rain amounts with scattered storms this evening are not expected to impact main stem river levels, but locally heavy rainfall in a basin could cause a bump in stage as well as lengthen the amount of time in flood.

IMPACTS: At 20.0 feet, River is bankfull in all locations. All oil field production ceases with the exception of pumping units on substructures. Access to these are by boat only. Agricultural losses increase dramatically. Farmers move livestock to higher ground. City of Mount Carmel leaves flood gates B and C in year round.
