ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือด้านตะวันตก ภาคกลาง และภาคตะวันออก มีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง โดยเฉพาะบริเวณจังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน เชียงใหม่ เชียงราย ลำพูน ลำปาง สุโขทัย ตาก และกำแพงเพชร เนื่องจากหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำที่อ่อนกำลังลงจากพายุ “คัลแมกี” (KALMAEGI) ปกคลุมบริเวณด้านตะวันตกของภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ และมีแนวโน้มจะเคลื่อนผ่านภาคกลางตอนบน และภาคเหนือ ตามลำดับ สำหรับภาคใต้ มีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง เนื่องจากมีลมตะวันตกและลมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามันและภาคใต้ ส่วนคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันมีกำลังค่อนข้างแรง โดยมีคลื่นสูง 2-3 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 3 เมตร อ่าวไทยตอนบนมีคลื่นสูง 1-2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลัน น้ำป่าไหลหลาก และน้ำล้นตลิ่ง โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่าน พื้นที่ลุ่ม และพื้นที่น้ำท่วมขัง ส่วนเกษตรกรควรป้องกันและระวังความเสียหายที่จะเกิดต่อผลผลิตทางการเกษตร ขอให้ชาวเรือบริเวณอ่าวไทยและทะเลอันดามันเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง หลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง และเรือเล็กบริเวณทะเลอันดามันควรงดออกจากฝั่งต่อไป 1 วัน
