IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

- Additional rainfall of 1-2 inches is expected through this evening. Locally higher amounts around possible where heavier rain bands set up. With the ground already saturated in many areas and river and stream levels running high, a flood threat exists across the area. Heavier rainfall rates may also lead to localized instances of flash flooding. in urban and poor drainage areas.
