For the Wind River Basin,including Dubois, Red Creek, Crowheart, Kinnear, Riverton,elevated river levels are forecast. For the Little Wind River Basin,including Sinks Canyon, Riverton, elevated river levels are forecast.

IMPACTS: At 8.0 feet, Bankfull stage. Minor flooding downstream along left bank near Black Bridge begins. At 9.0 feet, Flood stage. Minor flooding along the right and left banks upstream of the Highway 789 Bridge. Agricultural flooding downstream of Riverton near the Black Bridge and Hidden Valley area intensifies.

- At 2:00 PM MDT Monday the stage was 6.5 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet.
- Forecast: The river will oscillate below flood stage with a maximum value of 7.5 feet just after midnight tonight.
