WHEN: From 4 AM PST Saturday through Saturday evening.

IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations, including low-water crossings. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. There is an increased risk for debris flows near fire burn scars.

- A Pacific storm will bring areas of heavy rainfall for late tonight into Saturday along with a chance for thunderstorms. The heavy rainfall along with periods of higher intensity rainfall will increase the risk of flooding, especially during the day on Saturday.
