IMPACTS: Excessive runoff has resulted in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Additional flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. Extensive river flooding is ongoing and additional street flooding remains possible.

- A lull in widespread heavy rain is expected through this evening; however, some scattered showers/storms are possible this afternoon which may contribute to the ongoing flooding. The next round of heavy rainfall is expected late tonight into Sunday. An additional 1 to 3 inches of rainfall is expected with isolated higher amounts of 4 to 8 inches possible within the watch area.
