- Another round of heavy rainfall and thunderstorms is begin to develop over Southeast and Central Texas tonight. Grounds are very saturated, so any additional rainfall will be slow to drain. This can more easily lead to street flooding and additional rises on area rivers, creeks and streams. Widespread rainfall totals of 2 to 5 inches can be expected north of I-10. Isolated higher amounts will be possible.
