IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

- Thunderstorms will develop this afternoon. These storms will be slow movers and produce copious amounts of rain, as much as 1 to 2 inches per hour. These rainfall amounts will be capable of producing flash flooding, especially in mountainous terrain.
