IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

- Slow moving showers and thunderstorms and abnormally high moisture in the air can bring locally heavy rainfall on already saturated grounds that could lead to flooding.
