ภาคเหนือ ด้านตะวันตกของภาคกลาง ภาคตะวันออก และภาคใต้ยังคงมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากบริเวณความกดอากาศสูงหรือมวลอากาศเย็นจากประเทศจีนปกคลุมภาคเหนือตอนบน ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบน และทะเลจีนใต้ส่งผลให้มีลมตะวันออกและลมตะวันออกเฉียงใต้พัดนำความชื้นจากทะเลจีนใต้เข้ามาปกคลุมประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทย สำหรับทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทย บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองจะมีคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจากฝนฟ้าคะนอง ลมกระโชกแรง ฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสมที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้นในบางพื้นที่ ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม ชาวเรือควรตรวจสอบเส้นทางและเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง รวมทั้งหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย
The high-pressure system from China covers the upper North, the upper Northeast of Thailand and the South China Sea leading to the easterly and southeasterly winds bring the moisture from the South China Sea to Thailand and the Gulf. The Country will experience thundershower with gust and isolated heavy rain in the North, the Central, the East and the South. In the Andaman Sea and the Gulf, the waves will be higher than 2 meters high in thundershower areas.
People in these areas should beware of thundershowers, gusty wind, heavy rains and accumulated rains that may cause flash floods, overflows and landslides especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands. All ships should keep off thundershowers.
