IMPACTS: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- At 1145 AM PST, Doppler radar indicated moderate to heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.75 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include, Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Boulder City, Sam Boyd Stadium, East Las Vegas, Green Valley, Lake Las Vegas, Paradise, Fremont Street, Nellis AFB, The Strip, The Motor Speedway, Anthem, Las Vegas Bay, Enterprise, Southern Highlands, Spring Valley, Aliante and Mountains Edge.
- This includes Interstate 15 in Nevada between mile markers 18 and 65.

IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded.

- A storm system will continue to move in through today with areas of heavy rain spreading across much of the Mojave Desert and Northwest Arizona. Embedded thunderstorms are also expected which may produce locally heavier rainfall. Combined with the wet soils from the weekend storm system,storm run off will happen quickly and may lead to rapid flooding of sensitive basins.
