ข้างหน้า ฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากบางพื้นที่ บริเวณจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี ยโสธร อำนาจเจริญ ศรีสะเกษ สุรินทร์ และบุรีรัมย์ เนื่องจากอิทธิพลของ พายุ“คัลแมกี” (KALMAEGI) บริเวณเมืองกอนตูม ประเทศเวียดนามได้อ่อนกำลังลงเป็นพายุโซนร้อนกำลังแรงแล้ว หลังจากนั้นมีแนวโน้ม จะอ่อนกำลังลงเป็นพายุดีเปรสชันเคลื่อนผ่านประเทศลาว โดยจะเคลื่อนเข้าปกคลุมบริเวณอำเภอโขงเจียม จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี ในช่วงบ่ายของวันนี้ (7 พ.ย .68) ก่อนจะอ่อนกำลังลงเป็นหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำกำลังแรงตามลำดับ ลักษณะเช่นนี้ทำให้ประเทศไทยมีฝนเพิ่มขึ้นกับมีลมแรงบริเวณภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ภาคใต้มีฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมาก เนื่องจากมีลมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้พัดปกคลุมในบริเวณดังกล่าว ส่วนคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันมีกำลังค่อนข้างแรง โดยมีคลื่นสูง 2-3 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองมีคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 3 เมตร อ่าวไทยตอนบนมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชน ในบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมาก และฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลัน น้ำป่าไหลหลาก และน้ำล้นตลิ่ง โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่าน พื้นที่ลุ่ม และพื้นที่น้ำท่วมขัง สำหรับเกษตรกรควรเตรียมการป้องกันและระวังความเสียหายที่จะเกิดต่อผลผลิตทางการเกษตร ชาวเรือบริเวณอ่าวไทยและทะเลอันดามันเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง และหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง เรือเล็กบริเวณทะเลอันดามันควรงด ออกจากฝั่งจนถึงวันที่ 7 พ.ย. 68
Storm “KALMAEGI” cover the middle South China Sea made landfall over Kon Tum, middle Vietnam. The storm was downgraded to severe tropical storm. It is forecast to downgrade to tropical depression moving pass Laos. It is forecast to move into Khong Chiam district of Ubon Ratchathani, Thailand on 7 November 2025 in the afternoon before weakening into an active low pressure cell, respectively. More rain is likely in country with isolated heavy to very heavy rain and the strong winds in the Northeast of Thailand. The rather strong winds and waves in the upper Andaman Sea are expected 2-3 meters high and above 3 meters in thundershowers. In the upper Gulf, waves are likely about 2 meters high, and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Farmers should take precautions against crop damage. People in the areas should beware of heavy to very heavy rain and accumulation that may cause flash floods and overflows especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands. Farmers should prevent for crop damage. All ships should proceed with cantion, keep off thundershowers and small boats in the Andaman Sea should keep ashore until 7 November 2025.
