IMPACTS: Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- At 530 AM CDT, the Hyde County Emergency Manager reported several county gravel roads in the Highmore area were under water, and it was still raining there. Emergency management confirmed that flooding is occurring within the flood warned area of central and eastern Hyde County. Radar estimates that between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
