IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

- Multiple rounds of locally heavy rainfall are expected to continue Monday and Tuesday in addition to rainfall that has fallen the past couple of days. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected with locally higher amounts of 3 to 4 inches, which may cause flash flooding especially in urban and other poor drainage areas.
