ภาคใต้มีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง ส่วนประเทศไทยตอนบนมีฝนฟ้าคะนองบางพื้นที่ ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากบริเวณความกดอากาศสูงหรือมวลอากาศเย็นจากประเทศจีนปกคลุมประเทศไทยตอนบน และทะเลจีนใต้ ส่งผลให้มีลมฝ่ายตะวันออก พัดปกคลุมอ่าวไทย ประกอบกับร่องมรสุมพาดผ่านภาคใต้ตอนล่าง สำหรับทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทย บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองจะมีคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณภาคใต้ระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลุ่มต่ำซึ่งอาจเกิดน้ำท่วมขังได้ ชาวเรือควรเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวังรวมทั้งหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย
