IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris.

- Multiple rounds of heavy rainfall are expected Saturday through at least Sunday afternoon. Additional rainfall amounts of 4 to 6 inches are expected with locally higher amounts of up to 10 inches possible. This may lead to flash flooding, especially in urban and poor drainage areas.
